Delivery

We aim to ensure that all products will be posted within 3 working days of receiving your order subject to payment card authorisation. Depending on stock availability some items may need to be prepared, and we will let you know if there is likely to be any significant delay. All items are usually posted first class, although larger packages will be sent parcel post or by courier.

You will only be charged once per order for delivery. For example, if we are unable to deliver all the products within your order at the same time, you will only be charged once for delivery.

UK First Class Service: Minimum charge £2.80
Delivery time: 2 to 3 working days. This service includes Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands.

Outside UK
Outside UK contact us for a quote regarding the cost of delivery. Note that international orders may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees based on each country's specific regulations. Herbaid is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of customs fees or taxes.
