Lotions and Essential Oils
Distilled Witch Hazel (*grown
in Devon!)
Used as a skin toner, on spots and bites. Helpful for bumps and sprains
to reduce inflammation and swelling.
Apply freely to skin. For swollen joints, soak a cloth and wrap around
the affected area. In a glass bottle with a plastic cap.
Ingredients: Hamamelis virginiana

St John's Wort Infused Oil (*grown in Devon)
Traditionally used for treating the skin. It is made by adding flowering
tops of St John's Wort to oil as the flowers mature in July and August.
The oil gradually acquires a rich deep red colour.
Apply to affected areas several times per day. Supplied in a glass bottle
with dropper insert, plastic top.
Ingredients: Olive oil, Hypericum perforatum flowering tops

Lavender Essential Oil
Wonderful aroma, used for relaxation, sleeplessness and stress. Good in
all kinds of situations and so a useful item in travel kit. Has excellent
keeping qualities. This oil is distilled by an organic grower in the South
of France.
Apply a few drops to a tissue, pillow or on the skin. Mix 5 drops to a
teaspoon of massage oil for aches and pains. Up to 10 drops can be added
to the bath. Note that this oil can be used as an anti-inflammatory direct
on the skin but no other essential oils, except Teatree essential oil,
should be used undiluted in this way. Supplied in a glass bottle with
dropper insert, plastic top.

Teatree Essential Oil
Strongly antifungal for athlete's foot or use as a general antiseptic.
Good in all kinds of situations and so a useful item in travel kit. Has
excellent keeping qualities.
Apply a few drops between toes after washing and thorough drying, morning
and night for treating fungal infections. Note that this oil can be used
as an antiseptic direct on the skin but no other essential oils, except
lavender essential oil, should be used neat in this way. Supplied in a
glass bottle with dropper insert, plastic top.

Geranium and Orange Bath Oil
Enlivening bath oil for tiredness and stress. This oil is delicately scented
and provides some moisturising effect for skin.
Add 1 or 2 teaspoons of the oil to your bath. Supplied in a glass bottle,
plastic cap.

Rose Gentle Oil
A gentle and enriching oil for use on sensitive or damaged skin. Very
light and absorbs easily into skin.
Can be used sparingly on the face at night or can be added to bath. Supplied
