Returns & Refunds

We hope that you will be pleased with your order. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us in writing, or by email, herbaid@herbaid.co.uk with your name, address and order details, within ten days of receipt of your order.

Should you purchase any goods from Herbaid that you are not entirely satisfied with, we will gladly exchange them or offer a full refund. If you return your order, it should be wrapped securely in the same packaging in which you received it, and should be sent to: Herbaid Returns, 21 Dean Street, Crediton, Devon EX17 3EN.

Order cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. You can notify us of cancellation by email, herbaid@herbaid.co.uk with your name, address and order details. You may also withdraw from the order at any time after it has been dispatched, but no later than seven working days after the day after you receive the product. Please call us on 01363 777531 or email as above.

If you decide to cancel goods received then we ask that you return the goods unopened together with the original invoice to: Herbaid Returns, 21 Dean Street, Crediton, Devon EX17 3EN. You can obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office. We will refund you the purchase price of the goods and postage once we have received the returned order.
