Teas and infusions
Ladies Mantle Tea
A dried herb used for making infusions. Useful astringent
herb containing tannins.
Add a mug of boiling water to 1 or 2 teaspoons of dried
herb. After 5-10 minutes strain and drink. Can be taken up to twice per
day. Mixes well with other herbs such as mint or chamomile. Supplied in
a paper bag.
Ingredients: Alchemilla vulgaris

Nettle Tea
A dried herb used for making infusions. A mineral rich herb.
Add a mug of boiling water to 1 or 2 teaspoons of dried
herb. After 5-10 minutes strain and drink. Can be taken up to twice per
day. Can be mixed with other herbs such as rosemary or yarrow. Supplied
in a paper bag.
Ingredients: Urtica dioica

Yarrow Tea
A dried herb used for making infusions. Contains anti-inflammatory
ingredients.
Add a mug of boiling water to 1 or 2 teaspoons of dried
herb. After 5-10 minutes strain and drink. Can be taken up to twice per
day. Can be mixed with other herbs such as nettle or chamomile. Supplied
in a paper bag.

Flu Tea
A mix of dried herbs used for making infusions. This mixture
of Elderflower, Peppermint and Yarrow herbs traditionally helps to bring
relief in colds and influenza.
Add a mug of boiling water to 1 or 2 teaspoons of dried
herb mixture. After 5-10 minutes strain and drink. Can be taken hourly.
Supplied in a paper bag.

Herbal Face Steam Mix
Gentle mixture of herbs for steaming open blocked pores
and skin cleansing. Contains Comfrey leaf, Lavender flowers, Marigold
petals, Rose petals and Rosemary leaves.
Add nearly boiling water to a bowl containing 2 teaspoons
of dried herb mixture. Close eyes and hold face over the bowl with a towel
over your head for 5 to 10 minutes. Take care not to get too close to
the bowl as hot steam will damage your skin. Splash with cold water afterwards
and gently pat dry. Can be used weekly. Supplied in a paper bag.
